Over 2 weeks ago I placed an order with you for various bits including an H8 motor. After one week all parts arrived except the H8 motor. I then had reason to place a second order with you to replace some parts on my BO105 fuselage and I was told that the H8 would ship at the same time as this. Today, my second order has arrived but the H8 motor is still missing!

At no time in the order process did your web site tell me that you were out of stock of the H8. No one contacted me at any time to tell me what was going on apart from replying when I ask questions. What is the point of signing up for an account on your web site when all it tells me is what I ordered? It doesn't tell me what's been shipped or when I can expect delivery etc. Many of the pictures on your web site lead to broken links. In this day and age it really wouldn't be difficult to give better information to your customers either through the web site account system or through emails. In any event, you are duty bound to state when an item is out of stock so that your customers, the people who keep your company in existance, can make intelligent choices about where to purchase.

Needless to say, I'm not happy. Out of everything I ordered the motor is the most critical piece and I still have no idea from you when it will be delivered. Would someone please reply to this and let me know exactly when I can expect delivery.

In fairness, I have just received an email response telling me that the motor is now packed and it will leave tomorrow. (Why not today?). Thank you for that, but it is a shame that I have to chase it. I still believe there is much you could do to improve your web site accuracy and the feedback to your customers.

sounds about right for Ikarus
they used to be tops on service and the forum
if your new to the board
you will need Brushless motor and
Lipoly batteries to make it fly proper
think Zoom or Trex

we understand that you expect to get your oder item as soon as possible. If some items are not on stock, we always inform our customers about the delay of delivery. In your case we sent three emails to you. In a few cases customes don`t receive our emails, we don`t know why not!
Please be sure, that we would like to satisfy our customers. And ! - Your H8-motor is already packed and will be send out today.
