My Eco 7 crashed because of a faulty tail blade which broke off in flight after 7 flights from new.
Have a look at these pics of my tail blade. You can see were the plastic has split which is white in colour and were the plastic is grey. This indicates a join and not a molded one piece design. This is where the failure occurred.
Looks like the tail blades are 2 halves joined together. The break is very clean and the plastic is not white but the grey colour like the rest of the blade.
What a crap design. So when I get my new Eco 7 I will have some how reinforce the tail blade or even try to modify it to use proper blade grips and tail blades. Is this a common problem or am I just unlucky??
