View Full Version : ECO 8 Parm Setting on JRXP652
Can anyone advise as ton how I would go about programming the XP652 for the ECOm 8 ?
Any info will be greatly appreciated..
Peace.
Depends on if you are using the aluminium swash plate to use the 120 degree CCPM or if you are using the mechanical mixer.
You can't use the CCPM with the original swash plate because the 652 doesn't support 90% CCPM.
The aluminium swash plate is certainly the way to go.
I have my 3 CCPM settings at 50%. All other settings are defaults. I did have -22 (up and down) for the tail rotor compensation but have it set to 0 now (the default).
I had to reverse my rudder servo and I use 20% exponential.
The tricky thing with the 120 degree CCPM is mounting the servos. As long as the pushrods are straight there is no problem.

Steven..
Thank you for the information. I have placed an order for the full alm rotor and 120 deg swashplate. Sounds like I can use the same settings I have for my JR Voyager.
Thanks again !

If you look at my web page you may find the pictures and information on my ECO 8 with 120-degree CCPM of interest and help. Go to http://www.bernard.u-net.com/eco8/index.htm and see what you think.

Hi, nice pictures and informative. I suggest the following: Go to alu-mixing arms and you will get more stable hovering (less slop). Use 10 cell battery pack and a smaller pinion for longer flying times.
