Need help with Eco 8

I have just completed an Eco 8 with no experience in fying,(or building a helicopter). Everytime I try to lift for a hover it banks and move to the left, I trimmed the tailrotor properly, and trimmed the Aileron servo to the far right. What could be the problem and how to fix it, I would appreciate any hints and comments.

I did not balance nor pitch gauge the blades.

I have herd, several times, that flying a heli is difficult, but I am committed and will fly it, (hopefully with minimal damage).

make sure your swashplate is level to the blade, put on the trainning sticks and start hopping. it is the tendency to move left due to the clockwise rotation of the main blade. you got to make corrections, or you can minimize this effect by using Futaba 401 Heading Hold gyro.
