I did Wills o-ring mod and tried it first in the gymnasium, everything went good and it felt stable and very litle pitch up in forward.
Then yesterday I did some flying in my livingroom, the first min. was ok then when the air started to move around it just whent to the left and smacked in to my drums. Put it together and tried again, same thing. After some brainstorming http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/ubb/images/icons/wink.gif I removed the o-rings and had a 5min flight steady as a rock. So if you have problem like that and are using o-rings try without them. I did give her right stick but nothing happend, just SMACK.

I'm having big problem finding 2mm stop screws for my ball-link mod so it might be a week before I can start shipping them, Sorry about that.

every picc is a beast of it's own, and there are no 2 that fly alike. In my living room, I like the O-ring maybe because it is so well used it was loose too loose. Now it is tight but not too tight, rolls to either side when u shift the axis in your hands befor power up that is. But as J said, remove last mod and see if it corrects. Thanks for the forwarning and many a happy flights http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif

That could be it. I have not that many flights on mine and my heli is very light and I have only had 1 (one) crash with the head coming off. So maybe it was to stiff with the orings. I did fly for a min. but it was realy quick to respond to inputs, like trying to keep a click of butter on the under side of a hot wok! If you have tried that you'll know what I mean. I know one of you have http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/ubb/images/icons/wink.gif

Its gotta be something to do with the drums(have you been spending more time on them than on your bird(chopper)?)i have had the o rings on a floppy old head and last week i put on a new head that was tight as a fishes ass, and thats water tight! with no difference in the performance,i love the o ring mod cause i can do fast forward circles in the lounge ,the only problem is i keep getting dizzy from flying the chopper around myself http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif.
