19 turn double???and how to reverse it.

hi again. i was wondering if i can use a motor with 19 turns (its a double). the top RPM is 28,000.And what pinion should i use with it? By the way, how to i switch the motor to be set for reverse? (not just switching the + and - )

The motor needs to be re-timed for going the other way. An explanation for that can be found elsewhere on the net.

If the endbell is not adjustable you can not switch rotation direction without getting a poorer motor.
