Default Tail mixing problem!!!! HELP ! ! !

Ok guys I am getting good at flying this little money trap. I am trying to fine tune my tail control now. I learned to fly with a HH module on my picoboard plus. Sorry i cheated!! But I took it off today and can fly the heli perfect wothout it. The thing is I had to push hard nose right to keep it in a straight hover. I fixed it by pushing my trim to the right quite a bit, so now the pico stays straight in flight without adjustments to the tail stick. When I land and power down all the way the tail is still spinning. This could be a simple solution but I dont have the picoboard instructions, so please help someone!!!! Thanks and happy flying to all, Jayme.

Yes Jayme, turn up the "mixer" pot a little on the Piccoboard. Put your tail trim back to the centre, and turn the mixer clockwise a very small amount at a time. The adjustment is very sensitive.

Okay--
I've been hovering in my living room now since October--well not nose in though. Anyways recently as I add rudder (yaw??) to counter act main rotor, I've started to lose much more power. Is my tail motor going bad. It's trimmmed to be stable unless I had some control. If I had in the opposite direction, there's little power/alttitude change, since tail slows down.
Thanks for any advice

Chances are your tail motor IS on the way out. When this starts to happen it's
because the tail motor is drawing too much current. So much, that the current
to the main motor is reduced.

Fit a new one and the problem should go away.

My mixer pot is already turned up all the way. I think I found my problem though. I am using a 2 cell 1020 kokam pack, which reduces the weight alot. This in turn leads to a much lower head spead for hover, so the tail motor doesnt turn as fast as it needsd to? I dont know but it is a guess. Thanks Jayme.

My transmiter is only a standard six channel, so I cant add the revo mixing. I think I might move to an arion and cut my blades. I also have a carbon brushed tail motor that I havent instaled yet. With those I think my picc will float like a buterfly and sting like a bee!!!!! Happy flying to all!!! Ohh yeah, before I forget how do you all get the ratings under your name?
