Hello there, Im just about to get my hands on one ---even though most people on the german board dislike the fun (i am from germany btw), but no one has tried it yet.
In the german catalog it says "easy to fly"- did they make any mods that would actually help? From what I read the parts are just cheaper and make the Piccolo less controlable Anyway, I hope you all had fun with you Piccolo today! I dont think anyone on this BB will have tried a Piccolo Fun as they are not available as yet as far as I know anyway. Keep us posted. If you could post some pictures so we can see the differances.

There will be Video and Pictures as soon as I ordered it :-)
From Ikarus its available for a short time now, but barly anyone has theirs yet. The small stores start to sell the FUN this week, I have to wait because set2 is not available yet, and it saves me some money. The basic kit is available for a few days now, starting at 80 EURO. MARCUS |

the fun picolo is just basicly the lack of ball bearings, CRP-shafts, tuning-motor etc. but it is the same as the picolo from everything, and it sells for $99 bucks.
for anyone who are looking for spare parts, this is it. buy a few fun picolo just incase you break something. i just crash i picolo last week and had to replace the chassis and skids, cost me $37 for the replacement parts. fun piccolo is definitely a good investment for spares. |
