Kokams Question

If my kokams for 50% is emty Can I charge them then?
Or must they 100% emty?
The westek charger that I use will he also on a 50% kokam
the half of time charge?
Only as the green light burns are the kokams full no matter what the kokams are 50% 75% 100% emty
If I the kokams directly remove when only the green light burns he never can overcharge (above the 8,4v)

At howmuch voltage on a 2 cell 1020 kokams is it usual to charge?
