Piccoboard Setup Help

Hi. I've just bought a second hand Piccolo Pro (has fixed pitch blades fitted at the mo). I have no instructions for setting up the Piccoboard. Which pot is which for adjusting the tail mix & gyro gain? What is the best order to achieve a good setup? Is there a website with this info on lineI would appreciate any help. Thanks.
