Problem x250 4h motor

I have a problem with my ikarus eco 8 helicopter. My x250 4h motor is not working anymore. The controller, a Schulze booster 40h, seems to work fine, I have also checked the connections from the controller to the motor.

The most probable cause of this problem is I think the counting mechanism in the motor. I understood from other that this can move sometimes in the motor which causes problems.

Is there anyone who can give me advise? Any information about this issue is welcome.
