I have had no luck selling my Bell222, so I'm
offering some bits for sale . An Orion Elite motor( bought in Spring, perfect condition) Piccoboard plus(new 6ch version.) blades cut for use with the Orion motor. I would like £140 for these. I will throw in 3 packs of good nicads( up to 5 mins with the above parts), spare brass pinion tail motor, spare G310. Pare of cut tuning blades , and if you would like it a damaged/repaired flyable Airwolf canopy fitted with retract servo The Orion and cut blade combo gives very good duration and power to almost match brushless, just with more simplicity. The above parts are very good in forward flight when combined with a head stiffener( There's one in the deal ). Duration using Sanyo 720 nimh is 12mins out of GE. Come on guys, somebody make my day, and I'll pay postage. Cheers, Allan |

If you do split, I may be interested in the damaged Airwolf fuse.

Jonesy, I will give you $150 US for the lot. I assume the pic board will work fine over here. Let me know. You can email me at jhearn@cwnet.com.

Ok, I would go for the Pico Board plus (and backsy the flybar stifner and tail motor & pinnion ?) I have 3 sets of main blades so perhaps they could go with the Orion (I also have just bought one of those drat!) Right so that way if you split as others request then your sell the lot So let us all know the split costs (mail me re the Piccoboard) and you will have a deal with all three of us here in the UK, unless of course you go for the $150 offer.

Stef,
Yeh, sounds cool. Check your mail(no don't, it didn't work) Does £35 sound OK, You can have the cut blades, and a pack of nicads to make it taste better. Also the Orion is titchy and BIG parcels are good. Motor has metal pinions with it( use the 8 tooth, use 9 or 10 if you get some Hornet CF blades). Allan Allan |

BBBix and Ihearn
Thanks guys, but I'll have to go with the UK bod's. If I split, that's a lot of postage. Plus I don't think you use 35mhz in US, so the piccoboard would be useless. Correct me if that's wrong. $150.....you're breaking my balls Thank's anyway, Allan |

$150 jhearn! I love it. I have a 35mhz 5 channel receiver out of a piccoboard plus that I will sell if someone in the UK wants it. Email me.

Roboherb,...What's in a name, quite a bit possibly
How's £20 sound, the damage is to the boom( first and last time I use the CP kit with a foamie, those blades don't half wallop round) . It's glued back together, and the hole covered with tape and repainted, The tail motor is mounted on ahome made CF tail unit that has bearings only 1.2mm wide and 4mm diameter ( I'll fit 2 as you may have difficulty sourcing them )This unit weighs a fraction of the original, but I'll supply a std tail housing just in case you drop one of the bearings. Retract servo is fitted, Just remember to set the end points to zero before connecting as you may do some damage if the servo deflects fully. The finish is better than the original with those horrid lumps and creases removed. and is finished in charcoal black instead of flat black, looks better on the mantlepiece. |
