Default Ummmm QUESTION ABOUT.....tail motor.

Hey Guys!
I was wondering the standard Ikarus tail motor that came in the box, it had the wires attached.

Am I correct in saying that any spare purchased will not have the wires on?
Also are the wires attached in reverse? Im sure my blue wire is currently going to the + on my tail motor.

And....what would anyone say is the average life expectancy of a tail motor, just using a G310 motor an 7cell packs??

Any comments greatly appreciated!

I've bought a couple of Ikarus replacement tail motors, they both came with the wiring installed.

I've been using the same stock tail motor on 7 cell NimH packs with the G295 and Orion since 9 months, still running as on the first day.

The wiring is o.k. like this - all Ikarus helis run the main and tailmotor reverse, that means blue wire goes to "+" and red to "-"
