Lithiums in the UK

Hi Guys,
Are Lithiums available in the UK as yet (apart from ones obtained from old phones, camcorders etc) I have heard many different stories. And are appropriate chargers available? And if the answer is yes - just how much do they hurt the wallet?

My Schultze charger does Lithiums, albeit only at 300mA (meaning a 1500mAh pack takes 5 hours to charge). It was about 100 quid.

Cleanswing (www.cleanswing.com or co.uk) do a charger and a range of lithium batteries, speak to Paul. The charger I got from him was about £30.00 and automatically sets itself for either 1 or 2 cells and switches off when the cell is fully charged. It's great.

There's lots of posts on Ezone about the Kokam lithiums but I don't think we can get them over here yet (except via a US supplier)

There is a guy who sell Kokams in the UK, although a limited range at present I'm sure he will expand, I remember they were not too expensive either.
