Default Out door Flight - fantastic

Well I've read about you guys flying figure eights, banked turns, stall turns, what a load of impossible rubbish. Well I finally took my CP outside today, gave up on the FP outside ages ago, and I mean out into a paddock, not a back yard. Well I had a ball. The CP pic handled like a dream. It was rock solid and within 30 secs I was zooming around feeling totally relaxed and in control. ( I still can't believe how solidly it flew and you can do all those things.)
What a fantastic toy. And if your thinking about upgrading your FP to CP for outside. DO IT.
Cheers and still smiling.

Glen,

I think I am a little behind your league still learning nose in hovers. I do hover my FP outside though with cut blades and providing it's not too windy it's ok to hover. FF, now that's a little different. I do follow it round the garden at head height but that's hardly FFF.

Well done, and hey this is not a toy, it's deadly serious grown up mens stuff

Mate, in Kiwi dollars this CP pic owes me a solid $1632 . If my wife wants to call it a toy but still lets me buy it then its a TOY.

The f.p. piccolo will do all those things as well.....I have done everything but rolls and loops with mine, I'm sure the c.p. would be better but it's not necessary for some great outside flying.

I'm a little mad at my CP Piccolo (WOOF sound/effects caused crash two days ago! ) but I do wring my FP Piccolo out and on 10 cells it'll loop. I'm flying with MS CF blades, aluminum hub, hacker b20-36s and a CP flybar which actually slows cyclic. I'm going thursday with my CP Hornet, FP Piccolo and Corona to do some flying so I'm going to attempt a loop with the Corona (shouldn't be a problem on eight cells )
