Default POWER QUESTION

Hi all again,
finally got my pic yesterday i bought a second hand one as i couldn't wait to get cash for a new one

it came a bit separated as seller didn't wrap pic and it bounced around box glad though it gave me chance to rebuild and work out how everything works.

question is though: doesn't seem enough power to take off i'm using trainers to help but won't take off ive applied full power on radio and full power on stick i think it would go without trainers but daren't try
it came with three battery packs and all seem the same
theres an eight cell pack which seems the most powerful

do i need a more powerful motor ive heard the name orion bouncing around the forum

is this neccesary or can someone offer any advice to any other things it could be

many thanks richard

Besides the other suggestions, beware of the dinky JST connectors. Better to replace them with the Deans micro connectors available from helihobby.com or eflightpacks.com.

Cutting the stock blades helps too.

Check to see if it's the 9t pinion and be sure it's on tight enough.
