Default My Combat (Dynamic Body) flies!

Hey guys I painted this body up last weekend, then thought this week I'd fly it some to see flight times and how it handles. It flies about 4 minutes out of g.e. and handles good, but not great. I haven't moved batt's around or trimmed any, so it actually flies pretty good considering. Heres a couple pics!

Nice. Do you know how much the body weighs?

Looks very nice. I think I am starting to like the look of a pic with a body instead of just a canopy.

Thanks guys! No I don't know how much it weighs, but I usually get about 6 minutes flight w/ my 8cell power-ex's & stock canopy, but with this body its about 4 minutes. I do need to get some scales made to weigh grams!

Hey minirulz, how do you mount your power-ex packs?

I have the awesome Mia landing gear. It has 2 cf rods that run from the front mount to the rear. They are thin cf rods running front to back right under the main gear. I took a thin piece of lexan, and ca'd it to the 2 cf rods. I then put a strip of velcro on the piece of lexan, and velcro on all my packs. You can now mount the batt's a little forward or a little to the rear to get the best balance! I could hover pretty good till I did this, then I started hovering whole packs now and know it is due to the almost perfect balance I can now get!
I'll try to get a good pic of this set-up this week! Hope this helps.
