Default yaw problems

hi everybody!
i have a problem with yaw
everything were goodbut since a few days yaw react nearly like "all or nothing"...if you see what i mean.
if someone had already this problem...............please help me.....it's nearly impossible to control it like that
i'm running a piccoboard plus............
so if someone can help........

Is it possible that the pinion on your main motor or tail motor is slipping on it's shaft and could use a bit of glue?

i 'll will have a look

sometimes the heli start turnig alone........can it come from the gyro?
also when i'm turning the "pot" named "sens" on the piccoboard ...what it supposed to do?
i'm burning also a lot of pinins.............it's normal?

What exactly do you mean by "burning a lot of pinions"???? It sounds very much like you have a slipping tail pinion.

If the tail is very difficult to control and wants to yaw in both directions, you either have insufficient gyro gain (sens) or there is something wrong with your gyro.

The SENS control adjusts the gyro gain. Too little gain and the tail will be very hard to control. Too much gain and the tail may either wag back and forth or be very hard to move with the rudder stick.
