Default Piccolo PRO - got one !

Hello guys.
i got a Piccolo PRO, and with a Picoboard PRO, but i dont got a 9 cell pack cause Ikarus didnt have them in stock.
does anyone have a place to get a 9 cell pack for the Piccolo PRO already made with shrink tape and everything ?

or maybe from someone that already flew the PRO - can i use an 8 cell pack with good performance ?

thanks !

I've tried 8 cells. It was quite poor, only enough juice to hover.

Dreamhobbies.com can make 9 cell packs for 30.00 and they also carry the orion elite mod motor for 44.00 which does great in the pro

For the most trouble free setup, sounds like 9 nimh AAA is the way to go. I know 3x1020 does not cut it and 3x2070 will require a re-work of the landing gear plus a way to lower the voltage to the tail motor. I think its strange though that the stock pro motor got hot on 8 nimh. I will start working on the Pro again tonight. Been using the 2070 in a parkflier. No idea of piccoboard problems. I got rid of the ikarus rx and am using a gws one instead (I don't have a crystal). What kind of problem are you having?
