I don't know of ONE source but Gordon Tarling does the Hackers and recommends the B20-31S for the pic

This isn't exactly the info you want but they are both in the UK and could be better than nothing.

Can't help with Europe sorry, but if you're interested in the US, I got my Hacker B20-31S and Phoenix 10 Combo from Warren Collins at www.precisionmodelproducts.com . The 31s is not a normal stock item for him, but if you ask nicely he'll get one in for you [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

With the Phoenix I'd really recommend that you go direct to Castle Creations, to ensure that you get the latest software. It does seem to take a while for the latest software versions to trickle through to the dealers. If you buy direct from Castle you can request the latest revision directly.
