i just got a new one way piccolo flywheel at £22 from e-flight and have just put it on the main rotor shaft an put the in in to find that it sits about 6mm below the main motor pinion. tis because there is a 3/4 mm lump of plastic extra on the ball bearing flywheel that stops it. I can push it up, but the whole rototr head moves up, does this matter?

Sounds like you have too much "play" in the mainshaft if the rotor head moves up when you push the maingear up.

i've now fixed that problem thanks guys, only to find one more frightning, more disgustion, more arggg. My main motor comes on at full throttle and stays on no matter what. Also, when i disconectthe motor connection on the piccoboard pro, the motor still comes on.
