Default So ya think you\'ve got every Piccolo Mod do ya?

Piccolo Boom Support.
I started making these for the Corona so I had to try one on my Piccolo too.
I think it looks pretty cool and at only 4 grams I don't mind hauling the extra bit of weight around (esp. since switching to Kokams).

If you just have to have one you can go to my new site Here

Tom,

Very nice

I am surprised we have not seen this mod for sale before now. I think it would also go well on the Pro.

Pitty mine is in bits at the moment

Regards

Jerry

MS Composit will supply one for the Hornet (I think it would work on piccolo) soon:

You see it on the left site above the main blades.

oooh oooh ooh that thing would lock my tailboom in place! I'm using an aluminum one that is just BARELY a hair too small to make a snug fit so that there is a tiny amount of play/wiggle between the boom and my G-10 frame. this might be making a small oscilating noise/glitch in the radio due to the tailwires being run throught the aluminum boom. How well does this mod grip the tailboom? I also use the metal wire type landing gear and I think it might be possible to land hard on the gear and bend the tailboom due to the landing using this mod. Do you think this would help or not? I can't decide but it sure looks d*amn cool!
