PiccoFly Cable: Serial to USB

Hi All
I'm looking for a Piccofly cable that has a USB connector, as my original cable has the serial 9-pin connector. Am changing to a new notebook, that has only USB. If anyone knows where I can get one, on the web, it'll help.

Alternatively, does one get a serial connector to USB connector adaptor (9-pin male to USB)? Or even a pin-out drawing? I could try getting one made.

I got a USB to serial cable with my HP laptop so they do exist.
I think there are some electronics involved. It is not just a question of a few wires and you need a special driver that goes with it.
Price around 35$.
