Default Servo Placement

Hi,Im having problems with my servo setup and need advice.Im using the Hitec servos that came with my Laser 4 system but they do not fit well into the holes for the mech mixing on the frame.Does placement of the servos require any trimming of the frame? Also does the frame have to be drilled to mount the servos? The instructions do not give any details. Thanks All....Ron

Hi Ron

Are the servos HS-81's, If so, they are tight and a little frame triming will be needed, and yes, you do have to drill the holes for the servo mount screws.

Hey HARRomeo,Thanks, I have been on there, most of the pilot e-mail came up dead. I did find a guy willing to help me once the weather breaks. I couldn't find any fields just pilots. Am I missing something?

Send an email to some of the pilots in your area asking them what field they fly at. Some also list their fields in their registry.
