Default CP piccolo swashplate trouble

Hi,

I need some help with my new CP Picc.
I have got some cyclic issues and don't know how to cure it.
When i give some left cyclic input the heli wants to go left and backward at the same time, if I give some forward input, the heli wants to go forward and left.
Right input result in right and forward motion and backward input result in backward and right motion.
Did someone else experience the same?
I suspect the stock swashplate to be the culprit but is there any other way to solve other than buying an expensive CNC cp swash?
My setup is described below, and I am now using stock woodies blades.

Thx for your help

Will,

Thx for the link.
From what I understand, there is nothing to do except living with that issue.
Will a cnc swash decrease this offset?

no the cnc swash will not decrease the offset,it is on the flybar thatthe problem is ,the flybar arm balls should be in line with the center of the hub.
Nota major worry if you learn to fly this way as you get used to it very quickly or you can use two programmes on your computer radio to getrid of the offset.

Are you holding the heli when you do this? I believe the effect you see is a phenomenum of a restrained heli and will go away when the heli is actually in free flight.

If it does not, check the upper and lower anti-rotation devices to make sure that the upper and lower swash halves have not rotated out of phase.

When everything is lined up correctly, the heli should react very cleanly to pitch or roll inputs.

Paul,
Yes I was holding the heli when I noticed this offset.
I have had some issues in the beginning because I was using a bad battery. But this is history now.
I put a fresh charged powerex battery in my picc and the result is great.
No noticeable offset effect and my pic fly very well now.
I am very pleased with my heli )
