Some of you may have seen my bruise that was caused by my Pic Pro crashing into my belly. The cause of the crash had been found. The tail on my Pic Pro was glitching lately. I would be hovering along and all of a sudden the tail yaw 90 degrees and I have to react real fast to avoid hitting anything in my garage including myself.
I have decided to change the tail motor and see if the glitch will go away. While I was inspecting the existing tail motor to unsolder the wires I found there was a chunk missing from the capacitor. BY the time I unsoldered the wires the capacitor just crumbled and fell apart. So I changed tail motor and all is well. |

Glitches are the first sign I see of the t/r motor going south on my Pro.
