Default Fiberglass canopy finished

Well, It's finally finished. I've been working on this for awhile. I'm real happy with it. Check it out here.

Yes, it's it's from FX. How did I go about it? It's was pretty rough when I got it. Pin holes and seams. I sanded it and primed it with Dupli-color filler primer, sanded, primed, sanded, primed... painted with same brand paint,sanded,paint,sanded...taped canopy painted window, sanded,clearcoat...decals. It really was a pain in the A**, but it was worth it.

I was looking at mine last night. After seeing all the pin holes I put it right back on the shelve. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

The best way to fix pinholes is to use 3M flowable finishing putty.Then prime you wont need high build prime.also while priming and you see pinholes use a toothpick with primer on it and put it in the hole sand smooth when dry.
