Default Flying Piccolo vs Flying other Electric helis

I have been flying the Piccolo for sometime now and can fly it fairly good.

I was wondering how difficult ( if at all ) is it to fly larger scale electric helis ( such as the eco-8, or Kyosho for example ).

Thanks of all the help,

Born2net.

In a sentence.... if you can fly the Piccolo, you can fly anything!

There is no helicopter that is harder to fly then the Piccolo!
Just as pgoelz said, if you can fly the Piccolo, you can fly anything!
This is corect! The Piccolo is the most wily helicopter on the marcet what I think!
I have flewn, Eco 8, Eco 16, Kyosho EP concept and Kyosho concept 30, and all of these helicopters are more stable then the pic ewer will become!

So if you have the money, buy a large helicopter as a complement to your pic!
I guarantee you will enjoy it! but don´t forget the pic cause the pic is more fun in the livingroom then the big ones!

Flying a Pic is like flying a 60 size heli
without blades. In comparing of a 60 size 3D heli, the Pic does't fly.

I learned how to fly helis with the Piccolo and through sims like FMS and PiccoFly. I just put together an electric LMH 110 and definitely agree with what folks have said above. Flying the Piccolo is certainly more challenging..

The LMH is also a fixed pitch heli, but has much more power, weight and stability (in light winds and in ground effect) than the Piccolo.

I plan on learning the basics of FFF and all-aspect hovering on the LMH before moving on to a CP heli.

The Piccolo is definitely a lot of fun though!

Confirming what everyone else just said, the Pic can really keep you on your toes far more than a bigger machine.

Since recently buying a Voyager I've logged 12 flights including FFF and a (failed) attempt at a loop. Some of these flights included quite gusty wind conditions (0-15mph)as well as flying in confined spaces.

=> MUCH easier to fly!

how about flyying a piccolo vs. flying its direct competitors? has anyone owned/flown a hornet and a robin 280 and a (modded or stock) pic and compared all three?

bonus question: any guesses as to when the japanese photo session will yield a commercially available pixel clone? this dropping sugar in my coffee by hand thing is starting to bum me out :-)
