No ,getting used to the csm 200.trying to grab the mains connectors before the tail spins up and i caught the blades, did it twice in a row,the big cut is from the second one, that one really hurts, the trick is to keep working before the injury has time to seize up,was flying again in half an hour and the chopper seems better than before.

Oh dear me! that must of hurt. I was woundering if you could help will p2. I am useing a very simular set-up to your self apart from im useing ninah cells instead of polys! I have the mini AC 1215/20 with CF blades. Do you use a meteal head? I am getting flutter from some where so can't achive full head speed and loses power! Have you any ideas?
Many Thanks

Flutter. I think I've figured that out...although I could be wrong. I got that when I used my nimhs after my li-i. The nimhs don't seem to be able to give as much power so the throttle has to be increased more to get lift. However, I found that the flutter came because my blade pitches were too much at that point so I changed my pitch mix and the flutter went.

Hope that helps.

Gary

I use the metal head ,but this itselfr can cause flutter if thr rpms are to low,the first places i would be looking at are anything mechanical in the head area,do the blades twist or have any slop at the links etc.
do you only get the flutter with the c/f blades?i have put weights in mine as i was getting some semi flutter at the beggining.
