tail rotor spin up

my tail will spin up befor the main little help thanks All

Push the throttle up slowly...if the tail spins before the main, then push throttle back to zero and throttle up slowly again. This should get both rotors spining at the same time. Keep doing it until they both start together. I'm assuming you have a piccoboard.

Chilled did it always do this?
If the mixer (Piccoboard) is too high this will happen.
