I must give up my Crew Chief status to Bones. He is much better at organizing the facts then I. So I turn over my rank of Crew Chief.

Well, Bones, a Crew Chief is exactly what you've been doing. Helping people find the proper solution to keep their helis in the air. Never giving up, even under the harshest conditions. Troops will land, shots will be fired, and the Crew Chief still fixing problems.
