I had a Huey Fuslage ordered for my B-day and they sent me an airwolf. The box is clearly labled as an Airwolf and the receipt clearly states a Huey. Oh well, I guess I will keep the Airwolf and think up some cool paint scheme. What about a camo/desert storm Airwolf???? Not practical but differeant.

What "return process"?
It doesn't exist! You are dealing with a ghost company,no one will answer your call or e-mail! Sean pop up on a post and said he is working hard to support us! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] We are the crazy ones that supported him,he is doing it just for the money period! The way I see it,it is like Russian roulette when you place an order with HH. |

HeliHobby was an awesome resource last spring / summer. Now I'm afraid to order from them...they got to big or something.

I,m still waiting to hear back about their satisfaction gaurantee as i want my money back ,but no one answers yet,I hope that isnt my my answer! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img](as per normal ,as if was going to be any different)(heeck i still have recieved evrything i ordered five months later).
Only one way to vote next time i guess , gee sean pull your finger out mate,you said you were improving ,were you lying AGAIN.and no i will not give you a break if any sod asks me to ,be a man!be a HUMAN!. |

Ok to be fair ,I have just recieved an email from hh and with in 24 hours of posting,the email address my issues and offers me the return of the goods that i am not happy with as per the satisfaction guarantee and i am to be refunded or credited.
If this is the way it carrys on ,Since the last poll my experience fot the second can only be rated as i have had only GOOD service from hh.lets hope it carrys on this way for everyone. Man ,its amazing the power of words and how they can make some one react,at this point i feel hh are helping me out!thankyou!. |

Have you tried again lately to email,through the web site!give it a go kladius!i feel on the same plane as you so not trying to say you havent tried,i know your story!,let us know how you go.
I,ve only ever wanted then to improve so i can buy more of them,i loose if they loose ultimately. I wonder if they are about to rebrand them selves with thatviperheli.com thing?. |

For me the 'story' with HH is over. No need to send anymore Emails...My problem was not to have any answer. It was to have stupid and not very honest answers. These guys are stupid gangsters. They act just like Lemmings. I'll jut make them advertissement each time someone will have problem with them (it append very often, as i can see...) Market can exist without this such type of reseller. If they are bad, then better one (and there are some..) will make the market. |
