any tips for fixing magnets????

hi all > i hopefull will be finishing my cd motor this week end>have tried some experiments with fixing the magnets but to no luck> can you give me any tips??

This is how I install the magnets:

First, I print out a template and place it in the bell. Then I place every other magnet in the bell. That way they are far enough apart and don't influence eachother. When the magnets are in place I secure them with CA. Once the CA has set I place the other set of magnets inbetween the ones already installed. For that purpose I make a "fork" out of a piece of plastic or wood which fits exactly inbetween the magnets that are already glued in. The prongs of that fork are wide enough that one magnet fits exactly inbetween.
Once the second set of magnets is installed, I secure them with CA. Once that has set, I fill the gaps between the magnets with epoxy and microballoons.
