How to fix the Walt's one way with the delrin main gear?

I got this from Dreamhobbies and I have difficulties figuring out how to fix walt's one way to the delrin main gear.

The main problem is that the two tiny screw on the one way bearing housing isn't long enough. Or could it be that I put them together in the wrong way.
