WARREN PMP where is my f.....g order

ok had enough now my order for my p10 and gws-50 has still not come and some one in my street oredered some pinions last week and got them 5 days latter, wot the fu.k are you playing at, 3,03,04 you say the first parcel went out then you claim you resent it on the 19th 3 days before my mates order that he has received, so where is mine i have ordered from Helyhobby and receveied things from them twice in the time i have ordered from PMP, so wots the crack no replys to emails (5 of them so far) and you dont even answer the phone, so i have had to revert to a post on the BB ,that i dont really like doing,but seeing that you have 80 dollars of my money i am getting a bit pi..ed now, 5 weeks today, how am i going to get my p10 or my money [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Oh and i have check customs and the post again today,please try and rectify this order or at least reply to my email or post, or anything would be a start, 80 dollars is alot of heli cash to throw away.

In defence to PMP, I have picked up many parts from him before, he is a trustworthy guy and doesnt screw people. I have referred 4 people to warren and he has taken care of every one of them. As far as the ordering goes and shipping times, i would assume a pinion would ship alot faster than any other part, being that its a single piece and is very light.

I would call warren if i were you, he does leave work early sometimes but he is on a different time zone than you, if you are really that pissed off give me your contact info and i will inform him myself about it. He does check his email, but sometimes he doesnt, he has alot of calls and email reguarding the pmp parts... so if i was you calm down and rectify the situation. Have you guys ever thought about sending him a "CERTIFIED LETTER"?

If someone had my money and refused to respond, send him a SNAIL MAIL "CERTIFIED" to prove he recieved it..... im sure he will get it........ so chill out and just mail him. See what comes of that.....

i do understand that problems can occure on one order, but this is gone wrong twice on the same order,

I got the same crap going on eith hh again.its just not good enough ,these guys dont have an excuse to be understaffed or have trouble with mail anymore,the industry is to big and demand high of micro heli stuff so whats the problem!.
I am a consientious person ,if i was in the same position i would persoanlly want to resolve these issues as quick as possible,banning people is a new approach [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img].
Trouble is they got what we want,and in fairness i dont mind a little bit of mucking around but blatant crookery gets up my bottom(talking hh here who have stopped answering my emails now they have sent an order i cancelled,charged me for it ,didnt have all of it anyway and some of it wrong so i end up with two tail gears that cost me 65 bucks!).
1 unresolved complaint is all it should take for us to stand up as a community and support that person(and i,m not talking waiting 2 weeks crap here,i,m talking blatant ignorance and denial of a solution).
Not trying to incite a riot here,but think we should all understand these situations and not try to nulify them with testimonials of good service!.

What are you supposed to do?especially if its that arm thats keeping you from flying,just wait on the off chance they get back to you? pack up the heli and forget about it till they do? buy another one and in future buy two of everything from two differnet stores?(make another one from a robart hinge [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]).
They get us hooked,take our money! and when we get desperate they kick us on the street,goddam lucky its legal [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

To be honest i carnt see me getting a reply here, and if i do, it would be nice to have an apology and an answer to my question,(spooky thing is wheni took the order out know one but PMP seam to have the p10 in stock) makes me think may be PMP didn't either [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

I emailed him so many times within the last 4 months, without any reply. I tried to phone his number, but no body picked up the phone ( may be that was too early in the morning or too late ). I asked my friend in Marywood University,PA to give him a call. After a few tries, he managed to talk to somebody from PMP. That guy told my friend to ask me to re-email my postal address, and they will re-ship my heli. But the heli ha never arrived.
I do appreciate if you are willing to help me informing him about this issue. But how can I send you my detail ?
