Ikarus Charger

My Triton charger went tits up and I'm grounded for charging batteries. I pulled my old Ikarus lithium charger and, like a total moron, I reversed the polarity. Sniff, Sniff!!! smoke coming out of the charger. It looks like two resistors went out, but can't tell what they are due to discoloration. I contacted Ikarus in the US, but got no response from my email. Who knows the email or snail mail address to Ikarus service center? I just need the resistance value of those resistors.
