Default Arghh!!!!!!!!! Vibrations!

After I crashed and broke the little cp pushrod things that connect to the blades I got my new ones...put them on yesterday...and now I have terrible vibrations!
I never really did get my heli to fly without vibrations since I upgraded to cp...but this is terrible...the heli practically vibrates itself apart I can't tell if the blades are out of track (probably are) because for some reason when my heli's blades are spinning one blade seems to track differently each time it spins around...so all I can see is a big blur of blades...at one point one blade will look high, then when it comes around the exact same blade's track is different (that is the best I could explain it) It's like the rotor head is bent out of shape or something
Anyone know what could be happening here (if you could understand what I am trying to say...it's hard to explain )?
Thanks,
Dan

I had bad vibrations and it was my fly bar shaft was not centered. And my tail boom was cracked and the tail motor was really shaking...

After large crashes I remove the rotor head and balance it on a razorblade...

I had vibrations that were coming from my motor, I replaced the motor and the vibrations dissapeared. The motor was well used and not cleaned, I think that was the cause.
