I've been using ZAP CA to glue carbon fiber to plastic. Seems to work ok.
Will CA bond carbon fiber to carbon fiber ok? Thanks. Eric |

It should bond absolutley fine. the only thing to be aware of is that CA is relatively brittle compared to carbon fibre. So if it is going to be in a area where the carbon flexs, then make sure you reinforce the joint. (large surface area to be glued, etc etc.)
Or use a more flexible glue like a slow setting epoxy. Hope this helps, Andy |
