HELP ! violent pirrouete !

guys i dunno why this is happenning but at full throttle i have to hold FULL left to keep it hovering , but this is ONLY at FULL throttle , its trimmed perfectly otherwise.
also , sometimes whwn i hover and give right tail it piros a bit to the right , stops, and starts piroing violently to the left !

any ideas guys ?

It happens with mine too, when the pack is almost empty.

Are you sure there is no slip in the tail motor piniong?
Left.....then it have to slip in main motor...I think
hold the heli up and move at full power and listend for "spin up sound"

no slipping...and ya it happens mainly when the pack is weak...which is after 2 mins for me.

Heli-freak, it may be time to junk your tail motor. It sounds as though it is weak, and could possibly be consuming too much juice and thereby running down the battery pack too soon. That might also explain why you are having some crazy tail action with piros and whatnot. I could be totally wrong - i.e. an old tail motor might have zero effect on battery life - but you might try swapping in a new motor just to find out.

You sound like you are having too much fun ! Have you read any of the web sites by fellow flyers on this BB ? Did you know that if you leave the trim on your transmitter to the 'trimmed' position, that the Piccoboard initializes that position as center ? That would cause what you describe. Bill C.
I also believe that you are trying to fly with a 'too low' charge.

Heli freak have you still got your tx throttle set at 140 per?, cent this will cause your condition ,the tail motor speeds up heaps after 100 per cent ,you should get full throttle at 100 per cent unless something is wrong ,are you still on the tether?.

100% now.
and it only does it when the battery dies now , i guess i had SOME slippage and a little hit totally broke it free and its gone now...i think.

is it still violent ?as the packs run down the tail does yaw a little ,gyro settings not to high is it?

naaa its ok now...only at the end of the pack when the piccolo starts loosing height it piros to the right along with it...
