Default anybody have the \"woofing\" blade problems?

My pic had been doing well and after a few mild crashes the main blades now will go"woof" at about 1200 rpm and there is no lift. They have a low pitched growling sound. They track pretty well even when they woof, but you can see a rhymic vibration of the blades, and the rotors seem to be dragging. Won't lift off the ground now. I have checked and rechecked the flybars and flybar control arms. What gives? Thanks in advance.

Its pretty much a stock FP Piccolo, stock blades, head, swash, no mods at all (I have some mods on the way). Once it gets above a certain head speed the blades sound a bit like an old B17 in the distance, there is more vibration, and a rhythmic variation to the sound. Mainly woooooooooof. Or groooooowwwwlllll.

It's weird you say it doesn't lift off.

Mine only did that a few times when the blades got stuck under the fly bars when I started the motor.

Make sure some how the polarity hasn't been reversed on your motor.

1200 rpm sounds high...perhaps try increasing the pitch of the blades?

I think you have it. I had been tweaking the blades a bit for tracking and I guess I gave both blades a bit of negative pitch. I still have some difficulty getting the tracking right, but it now has great lift.
I am waiting on the ball swash mod, and anti-rotation arm from Rigolith.
My eyes are on the PMP head stiffener, and maybe an aluminum rotor hub, a titanium or ss main rotor shaft, flybar bearings, and a aluminum collar. It adds up quick, but the rotor head is everything.
Thanks for the help!
