IKARUS ONLINE DIREKTHILFE   Wir bieten Ihnen ab sofort die Möglichkeit für eine schnelle und unkomplizierte ONLINE Direkthilfe.   Sie nutzen dazu einfach das IKARUS Fernwartungs Modul, das Sie direkt von hier: http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/AFPD-Support/Ikarus_Support_Team.exe   starten können. Es ist keine Installation erforderlich; der Start des Moduls ist vollkommen ausreichend.     Nach dem Programmstart erhalten Sie eine ID und ein Passwort.   Diese ID und das entsprechende Passwort werden Sie dann auf Anfrage unserem telefonischen Hotlinemitarbeiter nennen, der sich daraufhin mit Ihrem PC verbinden kann.   Sie können auf Ihrem Bildschirm genau verfolgen, welche Schritte unser Mitarbeiter ausführt um Ihr Softwareproblem zu lösen. IKARUS DIRECT SUPPORT       Effective immediately we are offering you fast and easy ONLINE Direct Support.   Simply use the IKARUS Remote Access Module, which you can initiate directly from here: http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/AFPD-Support/Ikarus_Support_Team.exe   There is no installation necessary; it is sufficient to only start the module.     After starting the program you will receive a computer generated ID and a Password. By providing this ID and Password when calling the ONLINE Direct Support our hotline support technician will be able to establish connection to your PC for a TeamViewer session.     Step by step you can monitor on your screen how our technician is solving your software problem.
